Compact Disc manufacturing (commonly “CD manufacturing”) goes by many names. While used interchangeably, CD “duplication” and “copying” generally refer to the process of burning content onto pre-made CD-R blanks. CD “replication” and “pressing” both generally refer to manufacturing of discs from raw materials (PVC and metal) through an injection molding process, into which the digital content is directly incorporated.

Mastertrack offers both options. Duplication is the best for faster production needs and small quantities, while replication takes longer and due to high set up costs has a minimum order quantity of at least 200-300 units.

Our audio cassette manufacturing services reproduce your music on 2-sided magnetic tape. The tape is incorporated into a colorful or clear outside shell, available for custom 1-color printing or application of a full color label.  An outside hard plastic case with optional printed “J-card inserts’ completes the retail packaging for your custom manufactured cassette tapes.
