How
to submit an order:
Step 1 - Get your quote and order
forms.
Use the links to the left to locate
the disc and packaging that works best for you. When you have
determined your package click
the blue "email my quote" button
located on that page. Once we have your information
we will email your quote and order forms.
Step 2- Artwork and Graphics -
Download Layout Templates
Nearly all delays happen due to artwork
not being submitted in the proper format. Instructions on
how to submit your artwork are available in our FAQ/help
section. You
can download the artwork templates by clicking here. (*mac
users click, hold, and choose download link to disk) We also
offer design services for anyone needing help preparing print
ready artwork files. You
can get information about design services by clicking here.
Step 3- Deliver your Masters, Artwork, and Forms
Once you have the above items prepared.
Prepare a package to mail into us with the following:
• your emailed quote and any other required forms
• your artwork in our specs burned onto cd-r
• 2 copies of your disc
master (these are non returnable so make extras for yourself)
• orders received before 2pm
M-F qualify as day 0 (zero). All of the above steps must be
completed before any work can begin.
Local Clients may drop off at our Soquel Location.
Steps 1-3 must be prepared in advance. Please call for an
appointment with a sale rep before arranging a local drop

essentials we will email proofs of your artwork for you to
approve before we print anything.
