Step 1- Artwork and Graphics - Download Layout Templates Nearly all delays happen due
to artwork not being submitted in the proper format. Instructions
on how to submit your artwork are available in our specs
and templates page. Artwork not prepared properly may
be sent back to you for corrections. You
can download the artwork templates by clicking here. (*mac
users click, hold, and choose download link to disk)
Step 2 - Check out online any day or time to get your project
started When you are ready to place
your order you can check out online any day or time. You will
be emaied a unique order number to help track the status of
your project during the manufacturing process. You can find
the online checkout by selecting the product you are interested
in (on the left side of website) and then selecting the place
order button. Step 3- Deliver your
content to us Prepare a package to mail us
with the following:
• your artwork in our specs burned onto cd-r - or supply
us with a link to download the files.
• your disc master (these are non returnable so make
extras for yourself) any CD R or DVD R will do. We duplicate
directly from your supplied disc as an exact copy so please
check for errors and verify that the disc is working properly
before sending to us. Send your

Thats it!
Once we have received your project essentials we will email
proofs of your artwork for you to approve before we print
anything.
Local Clients
may drop off projects in person. Steps 1-3 should be prepared
in advance.
Our customer service office is available M-F 12-5. For afterhours
drop offs please use our secure drop box just outside the
office door. We will contact you once we have your order in
hand.
